What we collect
- Invitation requests. When you submit the “Request Your Invitation” form we collect your full name, business name, email address and phone number.
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location (city or country level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. If you reject them, Google receives limited cookieless signals that do not identify you.
How we use it and why
- To review your invitation request and contact you about Intellitint Pro. Our basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To understand and improve how the website performs. Our basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that affect you.
Who we share it with
- HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, which stores invitation requests on our behalf.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics.
- Our website hosting provider, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep invitation requests for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless the law requires otherwise. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Cookies
We only set analytics cookies if you click Accept in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don’t ask again.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Security
The form is sent over an encrypted connection, and access to invitation requests is limited to the Intellitint Systems team.
